Algebra Review & Geometry Preview
for rising 9th graders
Bridge to Geometry bolsters understanding of critical algebra topics and previews key geometry concepts. Students will develop higher order thinking and mathematical problem-solving skills by exploring the “why” underpinning rote formulae. Covered topics include functions (linear, exponential, and quadratic), introductory geometry, and the concept of mathematical proof. Class will convene via Zoom videoconference and be limited to 8 students.
